Our Complete Package is perfect for any couple who want to enjoy every moment of their day without the stress. In this package we include all things day of coordination, setup and takedown so that you, your family and your friends are able to spend every precious moment with you instead of  running around trying to make things perfect for you.

Starting at $1100

What's Included:

  • All things in the Day of Coordination Package

  • 9 hours coverage

  • Decorating & setup of the venue

  • Tear down of decorations

  • Final Sweep through venue

  •  Day of ceremony rehearsal assistance

  • Vendors recommendations for anyone you still need to book

  • Unlimited digital communication and option to schedule in person or virtual meetings when questions arise

  • Scheduled in person venue walkthrough  (optional  - travel fee for anything outside 25 miles of Brigham City, UT)

  • Assistance in creating an eye catching decoration layout and placement of decorations for your venue

  • We will review vendor contracts before you sign to ensure all expectations are being met

  • We will be available to you by phone the whole week prior to your event and up to 8 hours of your event on the day of - If additional hours are required to fulfill your event, we can discuss this at your consult appointment

  • Vision boards for flowers, decor, and venue layout

  • FREE use of our inventory of decorations (Table decor, Arch options, & MORE)

Things to Consider:
- Please allow at least a 30-minute break during the event for a meal
- Travel Fee will be added to the overall cost for destinations we need to travel to that are further than 25 miles from Brigham City
- Anything outside 3 hours from Brigham City will be considered a destination event. Please see the destination wedding package for questions or feel free to contact us at any time

- Any items rented from Brittany Williams Events that do not require a trailer or truck for transportation will be included in the discussed travel fee upon signing of contract. Any additional items rented from Brittany Williams Events that DO require a truck and trailer will be charged a minimum transportation fee of $50 within the 25 mile range stated above. Destinations further than 25 miles will be charged for gas and distance traveled, and will be discussed and added to signed contract
- A non-refundable deposit will be required of 40% of the total invoice. Deposit will be due upon booking with Brittany Williams Events before any services can take place
