1-hour initial consultation upon booking services. During this consult, we will discuss overall vision and what is needed of us to help bring your event to life

1-hour meeting 2-4 weeks before event to gather vendor information of anyone providing assistance with decorations (florists, rental items, venue accommodations, etc.), confirm vision and expectations, procure decor if needed

Detailed visuals for all decor placement based off of venue layout

Detailed checklist of all things needed to be setup and taken down - this list will be used to check off before & after the event to ensure all items are accounted for

Things to Consider:
-This package only includes setup and takedown. Brittany Williams events is not required to communicate to other vendors or guests when this package is booked. If you are needing coordination services please check out our "Day of Coordination" Or "Complete" Packages
- Travel Fee will be added to the overall cost for destinations we need to travel to that are further than 25 miles from Brigham City
- Anything outside 3 hours from Brigham City will be considered a destination event and will require possible transport and a hotel room for one night
- Any items rented from Brittany Williams Events that do not require a trailer or truck for transportation will be included in the discussed travel fee upon signing of contract. Any additional items rented from Brittany Williams Events that DO require a truck and trailer will be charged a minimum transportation fee of $50 within the 25 mile range stated above. Destinations further than 25 miles will be charged for gas and distance traveled, and will be discussed and added to signed contract
- A non-refundable deposit will be required of 50% of the total invoice. Deposit will be due upon booking with Brittany Williams Events before any services can take place
